Translation :
Abu Hurairah, radiyallahu 'anhu, reported that a man said to the Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam:
"Advise me! "The Prophet said, "Do not become angry and furious." The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, "Do not become angry and furious."
[Al-Bukhari; Vol. 8 No. 137]
Dear brothers and sisters,
this is just a sharing from me :)
it is clearly said that we are advised to seek protection of Allah from anger which is incited by Satan.
The action of washing your face, hands and feet would bring down the heat, your anger.
A person would be better to sit down if he was standing and lie down if he was already sitting ;D
Always perform muhasabah and trying your best in controlling your anger :D
